1. Order Confirmation

• Pre-orders are processed after full payment is received.
• Upon order completion, the item is reserved and sent directly to the production stage.

2. Production time

• Production takes approximately 10–15 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
• Some delays may occur due to fabric availability, alteration requests, or shipping circumstances. The customer will be notified of any delays.

3. Modifications

• Any modifications (such as size, sleeve length, adding a logo, etc.) must be confirmed before production begins.
• Once an order enters production, no modifications can be made.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• If a cancellation request is made before production begins, only store credit will be provided (no cash refund).

5. Returns and Exchanges

• All pre-orders are made to order, therefore returns, exchanges, and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product differs from the description.
• There is a manufacturing error or defect.
• The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

6. Responsibility for choosing the size

• Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility.
• The customer can request assistance in choosing the size, but the final decision is the customer's sole responsibility.

7. Shipping

• Shipping time varies by country.
• Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the customer's responsibility and may vary from country to country.
